Obtain your zoning permit
After you have a design done and all of your necessary documents gathered together, Denver requires you to make your zoning permit submital in person, this will be reviewed the same day.
Tips:
If your sign is in a historic district or on a landmark property, you’ll need additional review from Landmark Preservation. (See Zoning Map link above)
For signs in the Denver Theatre District, you must contact a project coordinator.
